Thomas discovered a passion for painting at the age of 15. He was traditionally trained in an advanced high school art program in Spring, Texas. Upon developing a personal style he started to exhibit his work in Houston at the young age of 17. In 1998 he moved to the center of the art world, New York City. Where he continued exhibiting, selling out of his studio and taking commissions. In 2009 he moved back to the Houston area and now resides in Texas City. His work is in private collections in Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, Colorado, North Carolina, Georgia and Washington.
